Caesar Dressing
Whip up a delicious Caesar dressing in minutes using pantry staples and everyday kitchen ingredients. This is something I make every time I crave it, no need to buy a whole bottle that will sit in your fridge for a year!

Serves: 4 ( I put mine a salad that serves 4)
Time: 5 minutes
½ cup mayonnaise
2 clove garlic, finely minced or grated
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Half a lemon (fresh or bottled)
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
Optional: Anchovy Paste, taste
Ingredients
Couldn't make it any easier
Throw ingredients into a bowl and whisk!
There's nothing that makes this dressing complicated, I usually put it into one measuring cup ,whisk it together, and immediately pour it on my salad
Tips from My Kitchen
You can add whatever you want to this dressing, make it spicy by adding chipotle or hot sauce.
Want to make it thicker, add more mayo
Want to make it thinner, add more lemon juice or olive oil
I use mayo because it negates using raw eggs and makes for a great consistency
Storage:
For the best flavor/texture for up 7 days in the fridge
I never have had it in my fridge for more than 7 days
Dietary Restrictions:
Dairy-Free: I would change to a dairy-free parmesan, or switch to nutritional yeast to taste.
Gluten-Free: This recipe is gluten-free!
Egg-Free: Use olive oil or avocado oil-based mayo.
